A few months ago I was in a café trying to pitch a friend on what we were building. I had a Calyx canvas open on my laptop — arrows, screenshots, messy notes, the actual shape of the idea. And I thought: why can't I just send them this? The Notion page I'd sprint-polished was a dead, flat shadow of it.

So this week we shipped canvas web export. Any canvas in your vault can now become a real, read-only URL — same strokes, wikilinks, embeds, and backlinks, just in a browser tab. No account needed on the other end. No export to PDF. No screenshot-and-paste.

We used it to publish the actual pitch deck we've been showing investors, live at demo.mycalyxapp.com/pitch-canvas. If the tool can't carry its own pitch, it can't carry yours either.

• Properties panel got a redesign. Wikilink filters, inline Add Property, keyboard-first. Feels like Linear now.
